Kia Soul 2017, con mucho más ritmo

Será a finales de este año cuando llegue a los concesionarios el Kia Soul 2017. Se trata de una actualización del Soul 2014, un modelo de 4,14 metros de longitud que combina rasgos propios de los monovolúmenes con otros de los SUV pequeños.

No hay demasiados cambios en su particular estética, muy similar en concepto al Soul 2009, el primero de esta denominación que ha conqusitado el mercado americano pero le cuesta entrar en el europeo.

El cambio de imagen del Kia Soul 2017 se centra en una nueva parrilla delantera, paragolpes delanteros y traseros de nueva factura y nuevas ópticas, que cuentan con unas luces diurnas con tecnología LED y podrán contar con xenon de manera opcional. Estrena también un par de colores para la carrocería, uno aul y un naranja y nuevos diseños para las llantas de aleación.

En el interiorel objetivo es mejorar la calidad percibida con nuevos materiales, de ahí que cambien tapizados y algunas molduras en el salpicadero y la consola central. Es ahí donde localizamos el mayor cambio, que llega con unas nuevas pantallas táctiles que serán de 5, 7 u 8 pulgadas, dependiendo del nivel de equipamiento elegido por el cliente.

A la gama actual de motores, que incluye el diésel del grupo, un 1.6 CRDi 128 CV y un gasolina 1.6 GDI de 132 CV y el eléctrico del Soul EV, se une el 1.6 T-GDI, que pasará a ser el más potente de la gama con 204 CV de potencia y 265 Nm de par motor.

Las prestaciones son buenas, ya que acelera de 0 a 100 km/h en 7,5 segundos y alcanza 196 km/h de velocidad máxima.
