¿Compartir coche? Ten en cuenta estos consejos

Compartir coche se ha convertido en una de las opciones más habituales a la hora de viajar con presupuesto ajustado, o por el simple hecho de querer hacer del transporte privado una experiencia más social.

Cuando se trata de viajar con compañía ajena a tu círculo habitual has de seguir una serie de pasos bastante sencillos. Como con todo, puedes tener una experiencia muy gratificante a la vez de contribuir al medio ambiente o, por el contrario, que te toque con en un coche lleno de gente y que además tienes que empujar cuesta arriba -anécdota totalmente inventada e imaginaria-.

Busca el viaje que quieres hacer

Tanto si quieres compartir tu coche como si buscas viajar a precio reducido en el de otra persona, lo primero que has de hacer es registrarse en alguna de las muchas plataformas que existen para este cometido: Blabla Car,  Carpooling, Amovens, Roadsharing, Shareling, Busvao… Una vez se haya efectuado el registro, publica el viaje que quieres hacer, indicando la ciudad de salida y llegada y el día. Algunas permiten crear alertas. Aquí se deben especificar las circunstancias adicionales: si hay algún fumador, si se hacen paradas, el tipo de coche, si viajan mascotas, si se puede comer, ect.

Por desgracia, por mucha información que se ofrezca, siempre puedes encontrar alguna sorpresa fuera del guión. Importante: estudia el perfil de la persona con la que vas a viajar antes de tomar una decisión, de esta forma podrás ver su valoración o si algún usuario ha tenido una mala experiencia, así como el número de viajes que ha efectuado acompañado. Cuantos más mejor.

Contacta con el conductor o con los pasajeros

Una vez te hayas asegurado de que la o las personas con las que vas a compartir varias horas en un habitáculo de dimensiones muy reducidas (qué mal lo estamos pintando, ¿eh?) no son psicópatas en apariencia, has de reservar la plaza.

Se suele hacer dentro de la misma plataforma o a través de correo electrónico. Una vez hecho, si eres el conductor deberás confirmar o rechazar la plaza, y si eres un pasajero, tendrás que esperar el veredicto.

Reserva una plaza

En este punto tendrás que proceder a reservar la plaza a través de tu tarjeta de crédito o débito. Tras hacerlo, recibirás un código de reserva. Debes contactar con la persona con la que viajarás. Queda entonces cerrado, aunque la mayoría de las plataformas permite cancelar el viaje hasta 24 horas antes del inicio del trayecto.

Disfruta -o no- del viaje

Parecen pasos bastante obvios, pero la puntualidad no es el fuerte de muchas personas. Por eso recordamos que debéis acudir a la cita a la hora -sobre todo la fecha- estipulada y entregar o pedir, si eres conductor, el código de reserva durante el trayecto para que se pueda recibir la aportación por  el viaje. En este punto eres libre de decidir si entablar una conversación o permanecer con el ceño fruncido mirando al horizonte.

Comparte tu opinión y reclama en caso necesario

Tanto si ha sido satisfactoria como si ha sido una pesadilla hecha realidad, tu opinión es vital para el resto de usuarios, a los que puedes guiar hacia la luz en caso de que anden perdidos. Además, si eres conductor, puedes mejorar tu reputación.

Y por supuesto, en caso de que haya habido algún incidente, debes registrar la reclamación en la plataforma indicando qué ha ocurrido. Si no hay consenso, los equipos de atención al cliente serán los encargados de hacer de intermediarios para esclarecer la situación. Bon voyage.
