Chevrolet Tracker 2017: Renovada afuera y con infotainment

Chevrolet, el gigante norteamericano, seguirá este 2017 con su “batería” de lanzamientos en donde, según anunciaron, tendremos varias renovaciones y cambios totales en modelos como Spark, Equinox, Traverse, Cavalier, entre otros, ellos más bien hacia mediados a fines de este año que recién comienza. Lo que nos convocó esta vez, es el lanzamiento del facelift el exitoso Tracker, el que como modelo 2017 ofrece cambios exteriores (sobre todo en su frontal) y también en el interior. Llega desde Corea con precios desde los  CLP $12.190.000 hasta los CLP 15.790.000. La versión de entrada sin ABS, desde los dos hasta los seis airbags. Estiman ventas de 270 unidades por mes. Ya estamos a media vida de un modelo que aterrizó en el país por 2013, con cambios que hoy destacan principalmente por su forma más más robusta con doble grilla frontal cromada, faros halógenos con luces LED y llantas de 18 pulgadas. Adentro destaca por sus nuevas terminaciones de cuero, Smart Key con botón de encendido, un nuevo tablero y el asiento del conductor con ajuste eléctrico multidireccional de 6 posiciones. A esto se suman el control de radio al volante, velocidad crucero y computador a bordo.

Las versiones disponibles, LS MT, LT MT, LT AT y LT AT FULL, poseen el mismo motor de antes (para Chile no está disponible el 1.4T de 150 caballos de nuevo Cruze), es decir mantiene el Ecotec de 1.8 litros de 140 HP y 4 cilindros. Las dos primeras versiones cuentan con una transmisión mecánica de 5 velocidades, mientras que las dos últimas, son automáticas, de 6 velocidades AWD. Tiene una distancia de ejes de 2.555 mm y un largo de 4.278 mm.

Integra una pantalla touch de 7 pulgadas, para utilizar de manera fácil los comandos de voz y las aplicaciones favoritas, sirve para Android Auto y Aplle Carplay. Este sistema My Link permite reproducir videos, fotos, música e interactuar con el celular de manera segura.

En materia de seguridad, la All New Tracker cuenta con doble airbag, cámara de retroceso, frenos ABS (no disponible en la versión de entrada,   si consideramos su precio), barras de acero laterales en las puertas e inmovilizador antirrobo. La versión Full de la nueva incorporación de la marca del corbatín también incorpora alerta de punto ciego, asistente de tráfico cruzado y control de estabilidad. ¿Qué opinas?
